We Ship Worldwide! The customer is responsible for any customs, import, duty, or value added taxes. These taxes may be charged upon delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email! Please note that free shipping through stamp mail does not include a tracking number.

We ship from USA. Orders are shipped in eco-friendly recyclable and biodegradable packaging. Orders will be shipped out between 2-5 business days upon purchase unless stated otherwise. Unfortunately, delays in shipping may occur due to COVID. Parked Pretty is not liable for the length of time for deliveries, postal damage or lost packages. If your package is sent back to us due to an invalid address, we will notify you and you will be refunded when we receive your package. You will only receive a refund for the products purchased and will not receive a refund for the shipping charge since the postal carrier has attempted to deliver the package.

All sales are final. Each tsurikawa is hand inspected multiple times during the process and before shipping out. All tsurikawas are handmade and may vary slightly from its photographs and are prone to human error. If there are any issues that arise, do not hesitate to contact us. We want you satisfied with your order! In the event that you receive a refund, transaction fees are non-refundable.
