Orders will be shipped out between 2-5 business days upon purchase unless stated otherwise. Unfortunately, delays in shipping may occur due to COVID.

Parked Pretty is not liable for the length of time for deliveries, postal damage or lost packages. 

  If your package is sent back to us due to an invalid address, we will notify you and you will be refunded when we receive your package. You will only receive a refund for the products purchased and will not receive a refund for the shipping charge since the postal carrier has attempted to deliver the package.

 Each tsurikawa is hand inspected multiple times during the process and before shipping out. All tsurikawas are handmade and may vary slightly from its photographs and are prone to human error. If there are any issues that arise, do not hesitate to contact us. We want you satisfied with your order!
